Human Resources Manager - Adelle Vaz

Description

- Provide support in functional areas of the Human Resources Department.
- Extensive experience in Labour and Employee Relations, Health, Wellness, and Safe Workplace, Disability Management, Total Rewards/Compensation and Employment Law are considered in asset.
- Prepare corporate policies and procedures related to all areas of Human Resources including Ministry of Labour, Human Rights, Employment Standards Act, Pay Equity, WSIB and other relevant legislation.
- Employee relations/Compliance
o Manages staff performance and interpersonal issues and coaching.
o Identifies and addresses complex risk and liability implications.
- Provides effective leadership to employees through: Communicating performance expectations and providing feedback on performance, recognition, coaching, creating career growth opportunities and employee development plans.
- Provide support internally to the firm while also managing engagements with external clients.
- Maintain up to date personnel records and files.
- Navigate and understand a Human Resource Information System.
- Communicate in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information relating to clients, staff, and company.
- Other duties assigned.

Compensation

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
